Since 1998 we have shared with many organisations what we believe passionately: Successful leaders engage their EQ as well as their IQ. Knowing what to do is one aspect, knowing how to do it, is another.

We have a proven track record in the design and delivery of programmes which affect the change in behaviours and attitudes required by many organisations. Our beliefs and values determine who we are. As adults we are responsible for how we behave, the attitudes we adopt and therefore the consequences which result from those choices.

However as Socrates said “We don’t know what we don’t know”. Once you know more about the importance of behaviour, attitude and emotional intelligence within Leadership, you can choose to do things differently. We offer two very different approaches to this outcome.
