I just wanted to tell you how pleased I have been with the training courses that you conducted with key members of the Interserve Team. Frankly I initally judged the prospect of an extended training programme as just another one of those management courses you attend under duress. After the first session I was completely taken with the freshness of approach, enthusiasm and knowledge.

Personally, my attitude to how I view my action and those of others has changed dramatically. My management style has certainly changed and I would hope that I am more in tune with my staff and able to manage in a more professional and positive manner.
